Hello all!
Welcome to my new place! ;) Please read BELOW for shop policies and the FAQ. It's up to you to make sure you understand all the guidelines and policies of the shop.
If you didn't see it on Etsy here's the TLDR version of why we're here- Etsy has started requesting more information from sellers that I am not comfortable giving them. In today's world of identity theft and how much you hear about data leaks I am not comfortable with Etsy having enough information about me that it could be incredibly risky and dangerous for me if they ever had a data leak. Because I am not conforming to this request my shop will be in Vacation Mode until I do. There is always the possibility of going back if things don't work out but I really want to make things work other places if I can.
This and the Discord will be the 'hub' for information going forward so please JOIN THE DISCORD and make sure to check in here when you can!
I am still posting on a different Etsy account (listed below) for the time being but there is no promise how long I will be able to do that before the request for information finds it's way to that shop as well. I will be posting more here and direct sales in Discord as well so we have LOTS of places and LOTS of chances to find me and purchase from me! <3

Bonanza was a bust and I will not be selling there. eBay is still a possibility that I'm considering but we'll see.

POLICIES AND FAQ
Legal- Anything purchased in my shop is for entertainment purposes only. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from me. Nothing purchased from me should ever be used in place of medical, mental, legal, financial or other professional advice and counsel. I make absolutely no claims as to what you will or will not experience by purchasing from me. By reading this and purchasing from me you acknowledge that I do not offer refunds and I will not be held responsible for anything that does or does not happen as a perceived result of what you purchased from me.
I reserve the right to change the rules, policies and FAQ at any point in time without warning. I will endeavour to do my best to alert you to any MAJOR changes when they happen and will direct you to any minor changes when they come up. While I expect you to know the rules and policies after a reasonable amount of time (as in I don't expect someone brand new to have everything memorized. ;) ) I don't expect you to be reading here every day to see if there are any small changes. I do, however, expect you to accept and not argue any changes I've made when you are made aware of them either through me or through reading through the FAQ periodically.
My Role
I understand that as the practitioner it can be attractive to go through me to answer all your questions about if a Spirit is right for you, to tell you what to do and if you’re ‘ready’ for certain spirit types or what the best approach is for you on this path. But that is not the role I wish to take. I am uncomfortable telling people when they should or should not spend money. I want to EMPOWER my customers to trust themselves, their intuition and talents, because using me to tell you all these things does not GROW your power and ability at all. I want you to embrace yourselves and your own natural gifts- which absolutely do exist. I am here to support you, But I am not here to command and drive you on your path. YOUR path is YOUR OWN.
Refunds/Returns-
There are no refunds or returns after you've made your purchase, even if you ask me to recall/unbind the Spirit/Being. The main reason for this is that I never resell Spirits that have been recalled/unbound. It's rare that I'm asked to recall and unbind a Spirit but when I do I never resell them someone else so that if the customer who has asked me to unbind them EVER wants to come back and ask for them to be rebound they can... No matter when that is- days, months, sometimes even years. I would say about 80% of the time people do come back and ask to try again and I'm always happy to rebind them. Which I couldn't do if I resold the Spirit. Once that Spirit has been bound to you it is YOURS and will remain so if you ask them to be unbound just in case you change your mind.
HOWEVER-
If you purchase a pre-bound that does NOT have anything in the listing that says there are no refunds for any reason (ex- Mystery Listings, Reverse Adoptions, Customs, etc all are NO refunds for ANY reason at all) and for whatever reason decide you don't want the Spirit BEFORE I do the binding you can ask for a refund but I WILL resell the Spirit in this case and you will NOT have access to them again. So keep this in mind if you ask.
In all other cases if you are 100% certain you do not want the Spirit you are welcome to re-home them on your own. To do this you can move the binding to a vessel you don't mind sending to a new Keeper. You may charge whatever I did for the binding plus shipping. Please see a section below in this FAQ on Re-Homing vs Re-Selling to ensure you understand my stance on this and what is and is not okay.
After Purchase
After purchase I will email you your documents, images and (if available in that listing) video to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
All bindings are direct TO YOU. My bindings benefit from the first contact being directly to you. There are instructions included in the PDF file you are emailed after purchase to move the binding to a vessel if that is your preference. After the initial contact has been made through the binding to you there is absolutely no ‘preference’ for the binding so it is completely up to you if you’d like to leave the binding to you or move it it a vessel. Spirit Documents are now in PDF file format, please ensure the device you are viewing it in will open PDF files. I cannot offer technical support on document opening as I am not versed in every device there is to open them in.
Do you Offer Holds?
HOLDS ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY. The warning was there when I brought holds back in April 2024 that if I started getting nasty messages again holds would be removed entirely. This is sadly where we’re at. I am sorry to the people who have never been anything but kind and wonderful about holds.
Listing Info, Pictures, Prices and Posting Times-
Listing prices fluctuate and are based on the amount of information in a listing, what type of listing it is and what type of Spirit/Entity is being offered. Information is not static and what is included may change based on what the Spirit/Entity has chosen to share. This can include absolutely ANY information at all- what is shared in the listing is what is known. Please do not ask for more, I am not withholding information from you. If you don't like the amount of information in a listing please wait for one that is more suitable for you. Unless otherwise stated (please refer to the listing for any amendments as I do sometimes offer different forms of art) images are created in Midjourney.
I post when I can and do not have a schedule. I realize it can be difficult at times to even see things before they sell but posting on an actual schedule would make it worse because everyone would know when to look and see things. I post as many listings as I am able to on weekdays & occasionally weekends.
Can you talk to my spirit/entity/servitor for me?
No. I know this may be disappointing but I absolutely do not get involved with spirits/entities/servitors for ANY REASON after they’re with you. They aren’t mine, they came through me to get to you. They have no desire to keep in touch with me and do not want or need me to look in on them for any reason (no matter what you think). Any request for me to talk to your spirit, entity or servitor or do a ‘wellness check’ will be ignored. I hate ignoring people, I love you all very much, but this particular request has gotten COMPLETELY out of hand and I’ve had to draw the line on it. There is absolutely NO situation where I will make an exception. I’m truly sorry, I DO love you, I DO care about you, but I will not bend on this.
Do you do Visits?
While I do not arrange visits as I don’t feel it my place to tell a Spirit where they should go and who they should see I recognize the desire for this. As I am always about empowering my customers to trust themselves and use their own gut feel and intuition I have worked out a process for visits. If you are interested in a visit please read at the BOTTOM of each listing for instructions on inviting the Spirit to visit you. Please be VERY aware that the listing can still be bought while you have your visit and under no circumstances for ANY reason will I go to whoever purchased it and tell them that they need to give the Spirit back for someone else.
Do you Do Customs?
I do not take requests for customs. I EXCEPTIONALLY rarely open limited spaces for customs but it is truly RARE and generally just happens. I prefer to offer pre-bounds and offering custom work as well as that is too much. Messages asking when I am opening custom spaces may be ignored. It’s not personal, I just get a lot of messages asking ‘when’ and the answer is always ‘I don’t know’.
Rehoming vs Reselling-
You are absolutely allowed re-home beings you have purchased from me if you wish to. To do this please move the binding to a vessel that you are happy to send to the new Keeper and charge no more than what the listing price was when you purchased from me (plus shipping of course!!). I absolutely do not allow people to purchase listings from me and re-sell them to others for a profit. Do not ask if you can and do not engage in this behaviour. As this has happened before I will tell you up front- I will not offer any sort of help or customer service to someone who comes to me for it and has purchased a resold listing from someone else- this does NOT apply to rehomed listings, I will happily offer help and customer service to anyone who has purchased a rehomed Being. But I can certainly tell the difference... ;) So if you're attempting to resell my work just be aware that I will know if 'your customers' come to me for anything. I would also like to remind everyone that any practitioner worth their mettle in this area puts a great deal of protection into their work. I will NOT be responsible for any magickal and energetic 'blowback' you receive for doing anything unscrupulous that would activate these protections in my work. They are there for that reason.
