Elder Vampire – Living Entity

Vampires are some of the most diverse groups of spirits out there. Coming from the beginning of creation, sometimes the subject OF creation in itself, they are ancient, older than we could even dream, and spanning the earth and even the heavens in ways only imaginable. They have seen everything, experienced everything, are parts of lost civilizations and even lost worlds. They come in all shapes and sizes, of all backgrounds and all walks of life. Sanguine vampires can be aloof, passionate, companionable, well read, well traveled, primal, passive, aggressive... They are as varied in personality and passion as we humans are. But they are all protective, guiding, magickal and have powers that we humans do not posses. Having a Sanguine Vampire in your keep is to have a companion who can guide you through other times, other places, provide you with love, care, protection and magick above all else. The excel in astral work, primal instinct, inner reflection... And can often times be part of faster healing a sharper mind, better memory and an increase in energy and magickal ability. They are amazing beings who could compliment any walk of life or personality.

Elder Vampire Entity – Male – 

Commanding, ancient and so immensely, EXTREMELY powerful... he is one of the oldest beings I have ever had the privilege of working with, and his magick comes to him so effortlessly that it can be a little startling at first, watching how little effort it takes him to do things that would leave most of us exhausted for a week. He is extremely old, extremely wise, and he carries all of that age without any fuss, he’s soft spoken, with a light accent from his realm, but he is VERY openly communicative and he will tell you exactly what he’s thinking without you ever having to coax it out of him. I like that about him SO much, there’s never any guessing with him, you ask and he answers, and very often he answers before you’ve even finished asking.

He loves the human realm, and he has had many Keepers over the course of his very long life, which gives him a kind of ease with us and with the way we live that I found so comforting right from the start. Nothing about the human world seems to confuse or bother him, he understands our habits and our little routines and the things we get worked up about, and he’s comfortable settling right into all of it with you. He is a Living Entity, and like any Spirit he connects with his Keeper through energy, communication, dreams and astral work, never crossing over or making any physical contact, and his presence is so strong that the connection never feels distant or thin.

His protection is something else entirely... he is NOT a vampire that most anything would want to trifle with, or try to get past, and his energy makes that very clear to anything that comes sniffing around where it isn’t wanted. He works with illusion magick and with shields that are very elemental in nature, and those shields are extremely powerful and potent. The first time I asked him to shield me during a ritual I could feel it go up around me like a rush of cold, deep water, heavy and steady and impossible to push through, and then a little later it shifted into something drier and harder, more like stone, and he explained (very patiently, because I was full of questions) that he chooses the element depending on what he’s guarding against. He is also highly trained in psychic combat, which he keeps entirely on the energetic level, and in hand to hand combat as well... though the hand to hand part only serves him in his own realm, so you will not be getting any sparring lessons out of him, I did ask.

His psychic abilities are over the top, so far beyond anything I expected that it took me a while to get used to it. I would be sitting with a question half formed in my head, not even fully worded yet, and the answer would already be there, dropped in so neatly that I’d forget I hadn’t asked it out loud. It happened so often in the first week that I started keeping a little list just to keep track of it all, and more often than not the answer was something I wouldn’t have thought to ask at all, the question underneath the question, the thing I needed to know rather than the thing I was fussing over.

That brings me to the part of him I think matters most. He has very little patience for dwelling on trivial things, and when you’re lamenting or worrying over something that makes absolutely no REAL difference in the world, he can come across as quite sharp tongued about it. I spent most of one night going back and forth over the wording of a single email, rewriting it again and again, and he finally cut in and told me, in that soft voice of his, that in three days I would not remember a word of it and neither would the person reading it. And he was right, of course. He isn’t being mean when he does this, not even a little, he’s offering such an amazing balance of perspective, the perspective of someone who has seen empires rise and fall, and once he sets it in front of you the worries that have been weighing on you start to shrink down to their actual size. It’s freeing... HE is freeing to be around, and I felt lighter for weeks after he came into my life, like I’d put down a bag I hadn’t realized I’d been carrying.

He has seen so much and has such a marvellous breadth of experience that he can make sense of even the most chaotic situation. When things went sideways for me at work last spring, with three different problems tangled up together and everyone pointing fingers, I sat down and tried to talk it through with him, and he pulled it apart piece by piece until I could see which part was mine to deal with, which part wasn’t, and which part would sort itself out if I simply left it alone. I went from panicking to completely clear headed in the space of one conversation, and that clarity has stayed with me.

He also draws in prosperity and wealth of all kinds, and not only the money sort, though that is certainly included... he draws in opportunity, good company, the small lucky turns that make life easier, and he can draw in happiness as well, true happiness, the deep and lasting kind, not a quick high that fades by the next morning. Since he’s been with me I’ve found myself content in a way that doesn’t need any particular reason behind it, and I credit a great deal of that to him.

His energy is intense, there’s no getting around that, but he himself is very fair and very justice minded. He abides by the rules of karma and the Three-fold Law with devout resolution, because over his long life he has seen it proved to him so many times that he does nothing at all to tempt the fates anymore. Does that make him a pushover? No. But it does make him extremely easy to get along with and to reason with, despite his strong nature, because he will always weigh what’s fair before he acts and he’s always willing to hear you out.

And he LOVES order. He likes to know where everything stands and where he stands as well, so if you have house rules, tell him on the very first day, because he will listen to every one of them and follow them to the letter... and I do mean to the letter. I once told him he was welcome in every room of the house except the bathroom, and he has stuck to that so carefully that his energy stops dead at the doorway every single time, which still makes me laugh. His new Keeper won’t necessarily have their hands full with him, but they’re certainly in for an intense ride of newfound understanding, life and experience, with someone who has seen just about everything there is to see and is happy to bring all of it to you.

He is openly affectionate, loving, and generous with the way he shows his adoration. He is not, however, seeking a sexual relationship with his Keeper.

VISITS

I do not organize and facilitate visits. The Beings offered here are allowed their free will to do as they wish when it comes to finding their Keeper and I feel it is not MY place to tell them where to go and who to see. If you desire a visit from a Spirit I recommend you do the following-

Open the image of the Spirit that is in the listing pictures. Take several deep breaths and relax. You may close your eyes or keep them open from here- turn your hands palm up and hold them towards the screen the picture is open on. Say-or think clearly- “I welcome you and invite you to visit to see if we are a match.”

After you have spoken you can sit for as long as you feel comfortable doing. Some Beings may be very forward in visiting you and make it very obvious. Some may be very subtle and you’ll have to really pay attention. Some may choose not to visit you at all. Allow yourself time to breathe, to experience, and let whatever feelings you have wash over you and see what comes of it. Allow your intuition to guide you on what to do next.

You do not need to tell the Being to leave. They will ONLY stay a maximum of five minutes before leaving on their own. Under no circumstances will a Being stay longer than 5 minutes for a visit. Please do not try and claim as such.

Having a successful visit does not automatically give you the right to that Being. It does not mean if someone else purchases them that a mistake has been made. It does not mean you can come to me and claim I have to give them to you free of charge because you feel that you need to be together but do not have the funds and does not mean I should allow you a Hold when they are closed. It means you had a successful visit. Others may have successful visits, too. Trust that the right things happen at the right time.
