Getting angry at yourself or the new companion for things not going the way you hoped or not being able to hear them/feel them clearly when and how you want to is a sure way of blocking yourself and shutting down the threads of connection you've managed to build. This path is different for everyone, do not hold yourself or your companions to any standards or comparison to others. You are best when you are YOURSELF. <3

Icelandic Vampire


Ahhh vampires.. Such an amazingly diverse bunch, coming to us from all areas of the world and all time frames you can imagine. They are primal beings, very intune and in touch with themselves and their desires. They can be scholarly or sexy and seductive... Extremely dark natured or sweet and mild mannered. But no matter what your preference is, you can't escape the allure of this amazing type of spirit. They often have heightened senses, extreme magick and are some of the best to have if you desire and crave a really close companion and link to a spirit.

These amazing vampires would not have called Iceland 'Iceland' as they lived there long long before it was called that, they are from that area of the world and have a wealth of history, magick and mystery that can only come from that amazing region. These vampires are ancient, arcane and tie strongly with earth and air elements. They have a far more 'mystic' feel than the typical vampire and are more spiritual in nature. They make astounding guides through your own spiritual path in this realm and in others. Welcoming an Icelandic Vampire into your keep is to embrace a whole other world, a whole new magick and an astounding spiritual teacher.

Icelandic Vampire – Male – 

Ancient in the way that very few things still are, carrying the kind of history that predates the names we've given to the land he came from and the skies he walked under, he brings with him a magick that feels less like something he learned and more like something he simply IS, running through him the way ley lines run through the earth, invisible to the eye but absolutely undeniable to anything sensitive enough to feel it. His energy is dark, strong and sparkling. It feel very traditionally Vampiric, but mixed with something earthy and magickal at the same time. There is a depth to his energy that makes it clear that he is from a very ancient time and it resounds through him like an echo, a reminder, but also something that's bound to feel 'at home' to the Keeper he's meant for. For all his strength and arcane feel, there is obvious warmth in his energy as well. Something that curls around you and holds you close and offers security, care and protection. It doesn't take long for that warmth to become one of the most recognizable and welcome feelings in your day, a signal that he's close and paying attention and very much with you in whatever you're moving through.

Uplifting and whimsical, but grounded and rooted, he can be a study of contrasts… But somehow they all work together. This is perhaps the most remarkable thing about spending real time with him, the way qualities that seem like they ought to cancel each other out simply don't in him. He can be the most incredible and powerful magick user out there, creating more from one flick of his fingers than many could do putting their whole selves into magick… But he can also be the most down to earth and incredibly close and dear companion you could ask for. Neither version of him is a performance or a mask for the other, they are genuinely both him, the ancient arcane force and the warm and present friend, existing together without contradiction or effort.

He has incredibly strong and sharp instincts that he uses to ensure your care and safety, but also to clarify and balance your energy, helping you feel more open and grounded for more clear and strong communication with him and your Spirit Companions as well as the world in general, not necessarily the PEOPLE in the world, he more leans towards helping you strengthen your link and communication with the natural world, the Source energy, and The Powers that Be. This is where his Icelandic roots show themselves most beautifully, that deep and primal attunement to the earth and the air and the vast and ancient forces that move through both. He understands those currents the way someone understands the rhythms of a place they have loved for thousands of years, intuitively and completely, and through him you gain access to a kind of knowing that can shift the way you experience everything from your daily spiritual practice to your understanding of what it is you're actually here to do.

His approach to your spiritual growth is never prescriptive or hurried. He doesn't arrive with a curriculum or a timeline, he arrives with patience and genuine interest in where you currently are, and then simply begins to walk alongside you, offering what's useful when it's useful and allowing your path to unfold at the pace it actually needs to rather than the pace you think it should. Many Keepers find that his presence alone begins to shift things, a quiet opening happening almost without their realizing it, a gradual deepening of their connection to the natural world and the energies that move through it that gathers momentum the longer they are together.

You may hear a soft rumble like he's speaking close to your ear but no actual words (the energy and feeling may make an impression on you, though). The scent of cool water and something sharp like peppermint mixed together, but also something warmer, softer and almost but not quite like apple cider. That particular combination is wonderfully his, unusual enough that you'll know it immediately and won't mistake it for anything else once you've learned to recognize it. The sound of footsteps around your home when there shouldn't be any are often attributed to him. And he often leaves doors slightly ajar in your home (but only doors that are of no consequence to leave open. He would never do anything that would result in any level of unsafe circumstance for you or anyone in your home.) This last habit of his has a rather endearing quality once you get used to it, a small and very deliberate calling card that manages to be both unmistakably intentional and completely harmless.

He uses exceptionally strong telepathic imagery and impressions and can speak telepathically as well, but not as openly. The imagery tends to come through richly and with real clarity, the kind that lands with an almost physical quality and lingers in the mind long after the impression has passed. He loves to visit in dreams and can draw you into the astral realms if you're open to that, and those who have experienced his dream visits tend to describe them as some of the most vivid and purposeful they've ever had, carrying with them a sense of genuine meaning and direction that stays with them into waking life. He is strong with scrying work, but isn't super fond of pendulums, so if that's your primary divination tool it may be worth expanding your practice a little to make the most of what he can offer. He loves repeating number sequences that include the numbers 1, 3 and 7, but will also use the same number repeating like 444 or 99, and once you start noticing his sequences you'll likely find them turning up with a frequency that makes you smile rather than question it.

He is affectionate and forms an extremely deep bond with his Keeper. He is open to a romantic or sexual relationship but only if that is something you want, but will never nudge or hint in any particular direction until you've made your wishes clear to him. Whatever shape you'd like the relationship to take, that is the shape it will take, and he will bring the full depth of who he is to it regardless.

VISITS

I do not organize and facilitate visits. The Beings offered here are allowed their free will to do as they wish when it comes to finding their Keeper and I feel it is not MY place to tell them where to go and who to see. If you desire a visit from a Spirit I recommend you do the following-

Open the image of the Spirit that is in the listing pictures. Take several deep breaths and relax. You may close your eyes or keep them open from here- turn your hands palm up and hold them towards the screen the picture is open on. Say-or think clearly- “I welcome you and invite you to visit to see if we are a match.”

After you have spoken you can sit for as long as you feel comfortable doing. Some Beings may be very forward in visiting you and make it very obvious. Some may be very subtle and you’ll have to really pay attention. Some may choose not to visit you at all. Allow yourself time to breathe, to experience, and let whatever feelings you have wash over you and see what comes of it. Allow your intuition to guide you on what to do next.

You do not need to tell the Being to leave. They will ONLY stay a maximum of five minutes before leaving on their own. Under no circumstances will a Being stay longer than 5 minutes for a visit. Please do not try and claim as such.

Having a successful visit does not automatically give you the right to that Being. It does not mean if someone else purchases them that a mistake has been made. It does not mean you can come to me and claim I have to give them to you free of charge because you feel that you need to be together but do not have the funds and does not mean I should allow you a Hold when they are closed. It means you had a successful visit. Others may have successful visits, too. Trust that the right things happen at the right time.
