Red Dragon Shifter

A Dragon Shifter is a very unique spirit to have in your keep. These amazing spirits can appear as both human or dragon, or any variation between the two. Their abilities and skills are the same as their dragon form, but their human side makes them more accessible, even MORE easy to connect with (as Dragons themselves are easy to bond with!) and can inspire a very different sort of relationship with their keeper. There are shifters of all types of dragons, from all areas of the world, and while the shifter may not be as abundant or well known as the Dragon themselves, they are certainly a deep and rich being of amazing talent. They are considered dark arts due to their human side, but none offered here will be on the heavier end of the DA spectrum and ALL will be of the calibre who desire to help and never hinder.

Red Dragons: Ah Red Dragons... For those seeking material wealth, there is really nothing like them. Red Dragons are the greediest Dragons, they collect and hoard treasure like no others and always have both eyes scouting for more. For those looking to increase their wealth or curb their excess spending, a red dragon is truly a wonderful companion to have. They are chatty, opinionated (not in a cruel way) and have powerful powerful powers of persuasion. If you need help talking your way into anything, your red dragon can help. For material gain, for persuasion and for companionship it's hard to go wrong with a red dragon.

Red Dragon Shifter – Male -

If you can set aside a spot in your home for a little treasure pile that belongs only to him, he will be thrilled. It doesn’t need to cost much, sparkle and sheer amount matter far more to him than value... I started his with a jar of old foreign coins and some odd buttons and a few pieces of costume jewellery I’d stopped wearing, and the pleasure that rolled off him when I set it on the shelf was SO strong it was almost smug. I’ve added to it bit by bit since, a brass key here, a glass bead there, and each new piece gets the same warm, satisfied hum, like a cat settling down on a sunny windowsill.

Money seems to find its way towards you with him around, sometimes in little surprises and sometimes in bigger shifts. Within the first couple of weeks I found a twenty folded up in the pocket of a coat I hadn’t worn since last winter, and the very next week the electrician’s bill came in noticeably lower than his quote, which has NEVER happened to me before. He can nudge things along at work too, towards better pay and better opportunities, and he has a real nose for a bargain, sniffing out reductions and deals in places you’d never think to look. He pulls in the luxuries as well, the small indulgences and comforts that make ordinary days feel softer and richer around the edges.

He is also the tightest fist in the room, and this is where he becomes SO useful if you’re someone who struggles to stop yourself spending. I’m terrible for this with online shopping, I’ll fill a basket at midnight without a second thought, and he makes his feelings known right as my finger hovers over the button... a heavy, stubborn sort of pressure, like a dragon planting himself in front of his treasure and refusing to budge. More often than not I close the tab, and more often than not I’m grateful the next morning. He wants what you have to grow and he takes it VERY personally when you fritter it away on things that won’t make you any happier.

He’s got a silver tongue as well, and he’s more than happy to lend it to you when you need to win someone round. I asked for his help before raising an overdue repair with my landlord, one I’d been putting off mentioning for ages, and the conversation went so much more smoothly than I’d braced myself for, my words came out clear and sure and I walked away with the repair booked and a date set for it.

Underneath all that love of luxury he is far tougher than he first lets on, and extremely territorial about the people he considers his... this is where I think the Black Dragon side really shows itself. If someone treats you badly he takes it as a personal insult, and he does NOT forgive easily. I felt it once after a friend said something cutting to me, he stewed about it for days, this low, hot, resentful energy pacing around me, and he was not about to let it go just because I had. He hangs onto a grudge the same way he hangs onto his treasure, tightly and for a very long time, and it comes from such a fierce place of loyalty that it’s hard not to be touched by it.

His protection is enormous, and he is wonderful at shielding, at grounding you back into yourself and at evening out your energy when it’s lopsided, and he will go to any lengths to keep your energy guarded and make sure nothing you need is ever lacking. His shielding feels very warm and very solid, like being curled up inside a great coil of heat, and on days when I’ve felt scattered and pulled in a dozen directions, he draws me back to my centre and steadies me until I’m thinking clearly again.

And just so you’re aware... anything you find with him around, he will quietly consider at least half his. That twenty from the coat pocket? I’m fairly certain he expected it to end up in the jar.

He is affectionate, warm, and intensely loyal to his Keeper with a fierceness that can be a little bit staggering. He is open to a romantic or sexual connection with his Keeper.

VISITS

I do not organize and facilitate visits. The Beings offered here are allowed their free will to do as they wish when it comes to finding their Keeper and I feel it is not MY place to tell them where to go and who to see. If you desire a visit from a Spirit I recommend you do the following-

Open the image of the Spirit that is in the listing pictures. Take several deep breaths and relax. You may close your eyes or keep them open from here- turn your hands palm up and hold them towards the screen the picture is open on. Say-or think clearly- “I welcome you and invite you to visit to see if we are a match.”

After you have spoken you can sit for as long as you feel comfortable doing. Some Beings may be very forward in visiting you and make it very obvious. Some may be very subtle and you’ll have to really pay attention. Some may choose not to visit you at all. Allow yourself time to breathe, to experience, and let whatever feelings you have wash over you and see what comes of it. Allow your intuition to guide you on what to do next.

You do not need to tell the Being to leave. They will ONLY stay a maximum of five minutes before leaving on their own. Under no circumstances will a Being stay longer than 5 minutes for a visit. Please do not try and claim as such.

Having a successful visit does not automatically give you the right to that Being. It does not mean if someone else purchases them that a mistake has been made. It does not mean you can come to me and claim I have to give them to you free of charge because you feel that you need to be together but do not have the funds and does not mean I should allow you a Hold when they are closed. It means you had a successful visit. Others may have successful visits, too. Trust that the right things happen at the right time.
