Getting angry at yourself or the new companion for things not going the way you hoped or not being able to hear them/feel them clearly when and how you want to is a sure way of blocking yourself and shutting down the threads of connection you've managed to build. This path is different for everyone, do not hold yourself or your companions to any standards or comparison to others. You are best when you are YOURSELF. <3

THE MARKED ONES

The Marked Ones are a rare, distinct bloodline of Vampires known for their living tattoos. Magickal markings that form across their skin in response to major emotional events, life milestones, or energetic breakthroughs. These are not chosen or designed markings, and they cannot be removed or prevented. The markings are alive in their own way, shifting in shape and energy over time, reacting to the world around them, and evolving alongside the Vampire they belong to. For most, these marks begin to show within the first few years of their Turning, though some are born with faint traces already present.

Each mark is tied to a memory, a transformation, a moment that shaped them. Some are beautiful, others strange, some jagged and harsh, but all of them tell the story of a life that refuses to be forgotten. For centuries, these markings were seen as a curse or a flaw, the result of unstable energy, unhealed trauma, or ancestral punishment. The early Marked Ones were often ostracized by their clans, forced into exile, or destroyed out of fear. But over time, they became something else entirely... Powerful, resilient, and unrepentantly themselves.

Now, they are a people of their own. The Marked Ones live largely apart from traditional Vampire courts and bloodline hierarchies, instead forming fluid, chosen families that value emotional truth, spiritual transformation, and the living magick of memory. They believe that nothing experienced is wasted. That survival is a form of beauty. That the body can carry both story and spell, pain and power, without contradiction.

Their magick is subtle, intuitive, and deeply bound to the markings themselves. Most are adept in energy redirection, stealth, emotional cloaking, and memory manipulation. Many can draw protective barriers or illusions directly from the markings on their skin. Some can anchor spells in specific memories or emotional states. Their bodies act as conduits, not just for power but for meaning.

Marked Ones are also unusually empathetic. Some develop a kind of emotional synesthesia, sensing the emotional currents around them as colour, heat, vibration, or pressure. Others are dreamwalkers, drawn into the subconscious realms of those they are closely bonded to. While their abilities vary widely, the common thread is that their magick is always tied to identity, memory, and deep energetic connection.

In relationships, they are loyal, soulful, and often overwhelming in their intensity. They are not casual in any sense. Whether platonic or romantic, their bonds are built to last, and they remember everyone they have ever truly connected with. Some even carry markings from past relationships, echoes of people they have loved, lost, or protected. If a Marked One chooses you, it means they have already decided you belong in the shape of their story.

THE MARKED ONES – MALE – 

Some beings carry their history quietly inside them, but he wears his, every shift and scar and turning point pressed into his own skin where nothing can erase it. Surprisingly cool and exceptionally calming… There is heat beneath it, and a sweeping sort of darkness that wraps around you like a protective cloak. This darkness is not squeezing or heavy or even weighted. It's like a cape of night that swirls in, almost a being in it's own right with how it moves and shifts and changes with you. It brings calm, peace, and a feeling of being more settled and grounded. It naturally makes it easier to feel your spiritual connections, your Spirit Companions, and to connect with your own higher self. Spend a little time near him and you may notice your own thoughts slowing down to match his pace, his calm simply rubbing off on you the way warmth does from sitting close to a fire.

Much like his energy, he himself is very calm and confident and quite direct in the way he acts and speaks. He doesn't fill silence just to fill it, and there's a refreshing honesty in someone who only speaks when he actually has something worth saying. He has immense devotion in him that shows in how deeply he bonds with his Keeper, and truly that devotion is a very big part of who he is. It comes through in everything. In how he talks, how he approaches problems to help you and in how he protects as well. Ask him for his honest opinion on something and you'll get it, plainly and without flinching, but always delivered with care rather than bluntness for its own sake.

And he truly is very protective, and very very smart about the way he protects based on what you need. He pays close attention before he ever acts, sorting through what's actually going on rather than assuming, and his response tends to match the real size of the problem rather than overshooting it out of habit. There is a true depth of magick in him as well, running through the core of who he is and coming out so naturally, much the same way his markings simply appeared on him without him ever choosing or designing them. He can be very 'take charge' in situations that need someone to make tough decisions, and there's a steadiness to him in those moments that makes it easy to trust he's got things handled. He is very honest and very truthful as well, but never hurtful with it, somehow always finding the gentlest true thing to say rather than the harshest one.

Foxes seem to follow him wherever he goes, or perhaps it's closer to say he carries a piece of fox cleverness inside himself that simply leaks out into how he shows up for you. A lot of moving shadows that can appear human shaped or sometimes fox shaped (he has a natural affinity towards foxes and this comes through a lot in his manifestations and communication). You may hear footsteps or soft sighs and hums. Small inconsequential items may be moved around a little bit. He doesn't hide things of importance so don't blame him if you keys or glasses or stuff goes missing, that is definitely not him! ;) He brings the scent of peppermint which can sometimes be faint and sweet and sometimes very strong and sharp, as well as something slightly smoky as well, and most Keepers find they can pick that particular combination out of a room blindfolded after enough time together.

He loves to put small tokens in your path in day to day life. So you may find an uptick in the amount of times you find random coins or little trinkets or even feathers and acorns at really odd times, his own quiet way of saying he's there without needing to make a production of it. He is a strong telepathic communicator and has a surprisingly light but very clear voice in your head that isn't as hard as some to pick out from your own inner thoughts, so even if telepathy has felt slippery or uncertain with other companions, he tends to come through with real clarity fairly early on. He loves using tarot cards to communicate, either in straight forward 'yes or no' card drawing, or deeper level insight with readings, and he clearly relishes the back and forth of it, the slow unfolding of meaning across a spread rather than a quick blunt answer.

His markings, wherever and whatever they may be on him, are a living record of everything that shaped him into who he is now, and there's something rather beautiful about loving a being who carries his whole story so visibly and so unapologetically. He isn't hiding from any of it, the good or the difficult, and that kind of honesty tends to ripple outward into how fully he shows up for the people he chooses to love.

He is incredibly affectionate, loving and does bond very deeply. He is quite open to a romantic or sexual relationship with his Keeper, but in no way requires that if you would rather just be friends.

VISITS

I do not organize and facilitate visits. The Beings offered here are allowed their free will to do as they wish when it comes to finding their Keeper and I feel it is not MY place to tell them where to go and who to see. If you desire a visit from a Spirit I recommend you do the following-

Open the image of the Spirit that is in the listing pictures. Take several deep breaths and relax. You may close your eyes or keep them open from here- turn your hands palm up and hold them towards the screen the picture is open on. Say-or think clearly- “I welcome you and invite you to visit to see if we are a match.”

After you have spoken you can sit for as long as you feel comfortable doing. Some Beings may be very forward in visiting you and make it very obvious. Some may be very subtle and you’ll have to really pay attention. Some may choose not to visit you at all. Allow yourself time to breathe, to experience, and let whatever feelings you have wash over you and see what comes of it. Allow your intuition to guide you on what to do next.

You do not need to tell the Being to leave. They will ONLY stay a maximum of five minutes before leaving on their own. Under no circumstances will a Being stay longer than 5 minutes for a visit. Please do not try and claim as such.

Having a successful visit does not automatically give you the right to that Being. It does not mean if someone else purchases them that a mistake has been made. It does not mean you can come to me and claim I have to give them to you free of charge because you feel that you need to be together but do not have the funds and does not mean I should allow you a Hold when they are closed. It means you had a successful visit. Others may have successful visits, too. Trust that the right things happen at the right time.
